Two levels

All your Prixiro orders count towards the total, not just a single one; returned or cancelled orders are not counted. Once you reach a level, you keep it for as long as the programme runs.
How it works
- Create an account (person icon at the top right) and always shop logged in with the same email.
- Shop – every completed order is added to your total spend.
- Once you pass the threshold, the discount is applied automatically at checkout on your next order. Nothing to enter.
Good to know
- The discount applies only to logged-in customers – checkout cannot recognise you otherwise.
- Your level is based on the prices of paid orders including VAT.
- The discount does not apply to some items, such as Parcel protection and selected products that are already priced very low. You will always see whether the discount applies at checkout before paying.
- The loyalty discount cannot be combined with other discount codes; the better one is always used. Free shipping still applies.
- Prixiro may change or end the programme; we will announce any change on this page at least 30 days in advance and a level already reached remains valid until the end of that period. Full rules are in Article 8 of our Terms.
FAQ
Do purchases made without an account count?
Yes, as long as you later create an account with the same email you used for those orders.
Where can I see how much I have spent?
Your order history is in your account. If in doubt, write to us at info@prixiro.eu and we will check it for you.
Does my level expire?
No, not while the programme runs. If we ever change or end it, we will let you know at least 30 days in advance.
